You may browse and shop on Riventa for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to provide accurate information — particularly your delivery address and contact details — and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the store.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We aim to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes, with free shipping. Product availability is managed by us and may change; items marked unavailable cannot be ordered.

If a pricing or availability error is discovered after you order, we may contact you to confirm or cancel the affected order before dispatch.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is confirmed once we accept it. Orders are Cash on Delivery — payment is collected in cash at the time your parcel is delivered. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or repeated non-acceptance of COD deliveries.

You may cancel an order for free while it is Pending or Confirmed. Please see our Cancellations & Returns policy for full details of how cancellations work.

The store is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Riventa Enterprise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
