Cancellations
We keep things straightforward with a cancellations-first policy. You can cancel an eligible order for free — here's exactly how it works.

You can cancel your order free of charge while it is still Pending or Confirmed, that is, any time before it has been shipped. Cancel directly from your account's order history, or from the order-tracking page using your order number and the phone or email used at checkout.
Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, cancelling before dispatch means nothing is charged — there is no payment to refund.
Once an order moves to Shipped, it can no longer be self-cancelled online, as it is already on its way to you. If you no longer want the order, you may decline the parcel at delivery (COD orders are not paid for until they are accepted).
Riventa does not currently operate an online returns or refund workflow. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us directly with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your case and arrange a suitable resolution offline — such as a replacement — on a case-by-case basis.
This offline process is handled by our support team over email and typically begins within 2–3 business days of your request.
